Microsoft periodically updates the Solution Area and Solution Play values used for Microsoft Co-sell referrals. These values determine how opportunities are categorized and submitted through Microsoft's Co-sell program. Keeping your CRM aligned with the latest Microsoft taxonomy helps ensure referrals are mapped correctly and remain compliant with Microsoft's current requirements.
