System Admin access to your Salesforce instance.
Knowledge of creating and assigning permission sets.

Steps to Upgrade
Click on the link above to upgrade the package.

The upgrade process for the Labra Salesforce package version 2.19 (may take 5-10 minutes.)
Steps to Verify Package Version:Navigate to Salesforce Setup.
In the Quick Find search bar, type and select Installed Packages.
Locate the Labra package in the list and confirm the version is 2.19 (User also gets notification on Email from Salesforce once package gets installed in the ORG)

Click the App Launcher and search for "Labra Integration Setup."
- Click the button upgrade to see the latest changes for Onboarding

Verify the details of Onboarding (Partner ID, CRM ID and Secret Key
Select Your Module: Under Purchased Module, select the option you have paid for (e.g., Co-sell or Marketplace).
- Check the authorization box that states: "I authorize Labra to assign the necessary Labra Custom Permission Set to my User Account."

Note: Checking this box automatically enables the specific custom permissions for the module you purchased.
Click the "Check connection with Labra" button. This automatically enables the required callouts in the Labra credentials.
If connection is success, then user gets a message - ✅ Connected to Labra successfully.
Once completed, this integration setup will finalize the customer's onboarding process.
Steps needed to perform if using package below 2.15
To perform an upgarde from the package that is of version lower than 2.15, follow this link here and finish the steps for setup
Updates Required in your Custom Flow on Labra Referral (if you have any) - Optional
As part of this release, we have replaced the field 'Last Updated by' with a new field to improve functionality and performance. While the managed package flows included in our package will update automatically, any flows you have created will require manual updates to reference the new field.
To assist you, we have outlined the steps below and created a helpful video to make this process as simple as possible. Watch the video here.
Go to Setup > Object Manager > Labra Referrals > Field and Relationships.
Locate the field 'Last Updated By' and open the field.

Click the 'Where is this used?' button to find all flows where this field is referenced.
Note: The list includes managed package flows, deactivated versions of managed package flows as well as your custom flows. Our focus are the flows that are created by you.
In a separate tab, open the list of flows. Sort the flows by ‘Namespace’.

Copy the name of flow one by one and search in the list.
Search for flow in the list to check if it’s part of Labra’s package or your custom flow.

If you find any custom active flow, open the flow.
Create a New Resource called ‘TimeStamp’ of ‘Formula’ of Number type with formula as UNIXTIMESTAMP(Now())
Check for references to the field 'Last Updated by' in the flow components (Get Records, Assignment Components or Update Records).

Replace any references to 'Last Updated by Equals AWS' with the new field ‘Labra__Backend_Validation_Date_Time__c Equals TimeStamp’.
After making the changes, click Save As to create a new version of the flow. Click Activate to enable the updated flow.
Repeat the above steps for any custom flow you created to create or update the Labra Referral object.

From object manager , in quick find search & open “Opportunity”

Click on “List View Button Layout” and click on dropdown available for list view layout and select edit
Add Calculate Propensity Score button and click on Save button
Add “Bulk Referral Creation” button to Opportunity for bulk calculation for Referrals - Optional
From object manager , in quick find search & open “Opportunity”
Click on “List View Button Layout” and click on the dropdown available for list view layout and select edit.
Add Bulk Referral creation button and click on Save button.
Add “Update Expiration Date” button to Labra Offer for Bulk expiration update
From object manager , in quick find search & open “Labra Offer”
Click on “List View Button Layout” and click on the dropdown available for list view layout and select edit.
Add Update expiration Date button and click on Save button.
Creating and adding “CPPO ACCEPTED” picklist in Authorization status - Optional
Open any record of Resale Authorization and click on setup and select edit object .
Select “Fields & Relationships” from details column available in left side and then click on “Authorization Status”
Scroll down and then click on ‘New’ in values
Copy this value “CPPO Accepted” and paste it in the box and select the checkbox AWS record type and click on save.
After saving, click on edit for the newly created value and change the API name from CPPO Accepted to channel_offer_accepted and click on save .
Click on reorder available beside new and move the status after Completed.
And click on save.
Steps to allow for enabling “Allow reports” for Labra Resale Authorization & Labra Subscription Lines - Optional
From object manager , in quick find search & open “Resale Authorization”

In details tab , click on edit
And select the checkbox for “Allow Reports” and click on save.
Again from object manager , in quick find search & open “Labra Subscription Line”

Go for details and click on edit
And select the checkbox for “Allow Reports” and click on save.

Assign a Single Permission Set:
- From the Permission Set Assignments section, users can click on a specific permission set, such as "Labra Custom Permission."
- Clicking it opens a modal titled "Users Added to Labra Custom Permission Set."

From this window, you can assign or remove this permission set for other users.

Bulk Assign Multiple Permission Sets:
- The Permission Set Assignments section lists all permission sets related to the Purchase Module.
- Clicking the "User Assignment" button opens a modal titled "Managed Assignment for Selected Permission Sets."
- This powerful tool allows you to assign multiple different permission sets to multiple users simultaneously.
Configuring OppSync Features
Based on the Purchased Module (Co-Sell or Marketplace), configure the following OppSync features to automate your workflow with AWS.
Core Synchronization Settings
- Auto-Accept Referrals: When enabled, incoming referrals from AWS are automatically accepted in Salesforce, saving you manual effort.
- Labra Lead Sync: Allows the Labra app to synchronize lead records from Salesforce to AWS.
- Labra Referral Sync: Allows the Labra app to synchronize referral records from Salesforce to AWS.
Automated Updates & Mapping
Keep your Salesforce Opportunities and AWS Referrals in perfect sync.
- Auto-Update Opportunity from Referral: Any change to an AWS referral automatically updates its linked Salesforce Opportunity. By default, this includes the 'Target Close Date' and 'Next Step' fields. You can customize which fields are mapped.
- Auto-Update Referral from Opportunity: Any change to a Salesforce Opportunity automatically updates the linked AWS referral. By default, this includes 'Close Date', 'Next Step', and 'Account'. You can customize which fields are mapped.
Referral Creation Enhancements
Control the information captured when creating new referrals.

Enable Products and Solutions: Adds a screen to select Products and Solutions during referral creation.
- Recommendation: Keep this enabled. You must select a valid Solution before launching a referral. If disabled, "Other" will be used as a default.
- Enable Description Section: Adds an optional screen for a detailed description, formatted to meet AWS requirements.
Advanced Automation
- Automatic Referral Creation: Automatically generates an AWS referral when a Salesforce Opportunity reaches a specific stage you define (e.g., "Value Proposition"). Requires one-time configuration.
- In-App Notifications: Keeps users informed with real-time alerts about important updates to their referral records.
Configuring MarketPlace features
- Check this boxes if you want to enable approval flow for offer or Reseller Authorization.

On the configuration screen:
- Verify Product Sync: First, check that all your products have been successfully fetched from the Marketplace.
- Fetch Reseller Data: Check the box for ‘Fetch Resellers from Labra’ to retrieve the list of resellers needed for creating Resale Authorisations.
- Click Save to continue.
Microsoft Reseller Authorization (MPPO) in Salesforce
Manage MPPOs end-to-end inside Salesforce—with pricing, installments, lifecycle tracking, and revenue insights—for a seamless multi-cloud selling experience. This includes:
- Creating, pricing, sending, and tracking MPPOs
- Full lifecycle tracking (Draft → Sent → Viewed → Pending → Accepted/Expired/Failed)
- Custom installment payment schedules
- Contracts, invoices, disbursements, and revenue insights in one dashboard
- Real-time notifications via email
Creating a Microsoft Reseller authorization
- Navigate to Marketplace Offer.
- From the dropdown, select Reseller Auth for Channel Partner.
- Click the Create New Reseller Auth button.
Configure Basic Details
A modal window titled Create a Reseller Authorization will open.
- Select Cloud Provider: Choose Microsoft from the list.
- Select Product: Choose the relevant product for this authorization.
- Click the Next button to proceed.
Complete the Multi-Party Private Offer (MPPO) Details
A new modal window titled Create a Reseller Authorization (Multi-Party Offer) will appear.
- Fill in all the required details carefully, following the sections provided in the form.
- Ensure all information is accurate for the Microsoft Multi-Party Private Offer (MPPO) process.
- Click Submit or Create to finalize the Reseller Authorization.
