Prerequisites
- System Admin access to your Salesforce instance.
- Knowledge of creating and assigning permission sets.
Package Installation
- Click on the link below to install the package.

This redirects to the Salesforce login page, log in to your Salesforce instance where you want to install the package.

Once logged in, it will display three options for installation. Select an Option and Click on Install.
Recommended: Select the Install for Admins Only option during the package installation to maintain better control over access and permissions. -
Allow third-party access and click “Continue" to install.
- Installation might take 10-15 mins. After the installation process is completed, you will receive an email from Salesforce confirming the installation of the Labra package.
Onboarding Setup
This onboarding flow is required to run -
- To establish a connection from Salesforce to Labra.
- Setting up AWS and Oppsync Specific Settings.
Steps to connect Labra and Salesforce
- In a new incognito window, log in to app.labra.io.

Navigate to 'CRM Settings' under the 'Labra Platform' tab.
- Click on 'Connect your Salesforce Production Account' if you are connecting with the Salesforce production environment.
- It will open the Salesforce Login page. Enter the credentials of the Integration User or the user with whom you want to establish a connection. Allow API access and click 'Done'.
- You will be directed to 'App Settings', where credentials will be displayed for connection. Keep this tab open.
- You can go back to your Salesforce org.
Integration Setup

Click the App Launcher and search for "Labra Integration Setup."
- Copy the details Client ID, CRM ID & Secret Key from the Labra app and paste them into Salesforce.
- Under Purchased Module, select 'Co-Sell'.

Check the authorization box that states: "I authorize Labra to assign the necessary Labra Custom Permission Set to my User Account."
Note: Checking this box automatically enables the specific custom permissions for the module you purchased.

Click the "Check connection with Labra" button. This automatically enables the required callouts in the Labra credentials.
Permission Sets Assignment
- Open the 'Permission Sets Assignment' tab.
- Click the 'Manage Assignments' button. It will open up a new modal.
- In this modal, you’ll be able to see all available users. You can also change the list view to your preferred view, then select the users. Select the 'Labra Co-Sell User' permission set and click the save button.
- After clicking, you will see a confirmation message, such as "User assignments updated successfully" or "Permission set assignments updated."
Configuration setup:

In the left-hand navigation panel, locate and click on Configuration.
- Within the Configuration section, select Co-Sell Configuration.

Co-sell Configuration
Labra provides the following functionality out of the box for OppSync.
- Auto Accept Referrals - Checking this will automatically accept incoming referrals/leads from AWS.
- Enable Labra Lead Sync- This feature allows the Labra app to sync leads to AWS.
- Enable Labra Referral Sync - This feature allows the Labra app to sync referrals to AWS.
- Auto Update Opportunity from Referral - This automatically updates the linked Salesforce opportunity whenever there's a change in the referral record. By default, it updates the 'Target close date' and 'Next step' fields. Users can customize this by adding more fields or adjusting mappings
- Auto Update Referral from Opportunity - This automatically updates the linked referral record when a user modifies the salesforce opportunity object. By default, it updates the 'Close date', 'Next step', and Account lookup fields. Users can customize this by adding more fields or adjusting mappings
- Enable Products and Solution - This introduces an additional screen during referral creation to include Products, Solutions. It is advised to keep this screen active and choose a valid solution when creating a referral. If left unchecked, Labra defaults to 'Other' as the Solution Offered. As this field is mandatory, users must ensure it is updated to a valid Solution before launching a referral.
- Enable Description Section - This introduces an additional screen for the description field following the format specified by AWS. This is a non-mandatory section.
- Automatic Referral Creation - This feature allows users to automatically create referrals when an Opportunity reaches the defined stage. On checking, users will be presented with an option to select the stage. This flow needs to be configured as per business requirements and instructions
- In-app Notification- This feature is designed to keep users informed about important updates and changes related to referral records within the app.
Add an AWS Partner Central User for creating Referrals in AWS
- Go to Setup -> Object Manager
- Go to User Object -> User Page Layouts -> User Layout

Drag and drop the AWS Partner Central User from the Fields to the Additional Information Section, and Save.
- Click on Home and navigate to Users, and then go to the User who is the AWS Partner Central User.

Click on edit and check the box of AWS Partner Central User and Save.
Enable the Labra Action Hub on the Opportunity Lightning Page
Edit the Opportunity Lightning Record Page by navigating to Setup, searching for Lightning App Builder in the Quick Find box, and selecting the desired Opportunity Record Page to modify.

In the components tab, search the “Labra Opportunity Action Hub” component.

Drag and drop the "Labra Opportunity Action Hub" component to the desired location on the page. You can optionally configure the component to show or hide the related list. To hide the enhanced related records view, simply uncheck the 'Show Related List' checkbox.
Add “Calculate Propensity Score” button to Opportunity for bulk calculation - Optional
From the object manager, in quick find search & open “Opportunity”.

Click on “List View Button Layout” and click on the dropdown available for list view layout, and select edit.
Add the Calculate Propensity Score button and click on the Save button.
Add “Bulk Referral Creation” button to Opportunity for bulk calculation for Referrals - Optional
From the object manager, in quick find search & open “Opportunity"
Click on “List View Button Layout” and click on the dropdown available for list view layout and select edit.

Add the Bulk Referral creation button and click on the Save button.
