Labra enables Microsoft Co-sell directly from your CRM through an integration with Microsoft Partner Center. The Microsoft Co-sell onboarding flow guides you through connecting your Partner Center account to Labra, allowing your team to create, submit, and manage co-sell opportunities without leaving your CRM.
Follow the steps below to connect your account and get started.
Before you begin
Before you begin onboarding, make sure:

Your organization is eligible for Microsoft Co-sell. Microsoft-side eligibility and prerequisites must be completed before you can fully configure Co-sell in Labra.

- You have an active Microsoft Partner Center account with a Microsoft Partner Network ID, (MPN ID, also known as Partner ID).
- Have access to a Microsoft Partner Center account with Admin-level permissions.

Create a separate user for Labra integration in Microsoft Partner Center. This user must be assigned the Referral Admin role.
- A solution must be configured with the Microsoft Partner Center.

- Existing users already using AWS for Co-Sell and now onboarding Microsoft.
🔑 Getting Started with Microsoft Co-sell Onboarding
If you are onboarding to Labra for the first time, then to begin the Microsoft Co-sell onboarding process, you need to follow these steps:
✅ Accept the invite to the Labra.io Platform.
🤝 Select the Co-sell option and Microsoft Cloud to start the onboarding process.

Fill in your company information.

Select all the prerequisites to proceed further.

Microsoft Partner Center account details
Fill out your Microsoft account details. These can be found in Microsoft Partner Center → Account Settings → Identifiers → Publisher:

We will need:

Microsoft Partner Type (Optional): Select one or more from the dropdown.

- MPN ID: Enter your 7-digit Microsoft Partner Network ID.
- Microsoft Account Name: Give your account a name for reference.

Seller Partnership Type: Choose one or more options:
- Independent Software Vendor
- Consulting Partner / Reseller / Channel Partner

Solution Details:
Provide solution-specific information from your Partner Center:
📒 Please note: You can find the Solution details you need in Microsoft Partner Center:
- Go to Referrals > Opportunities and open a previously submitted Co-sell opportunity that includes the solution you want to use. Copy the Solution details and paste them here.
- You can also find your solution details under Referrals > Solutions.
- To include more than one solution, click Add Solution. To remove a solution, click the 🗑️ delete icon.

Required inputs:
- Solution Name (alias in MPC)
- Solution ID
- Solution Type: Select the solution type as per your solution.
- My company’s solution
- Microsoft’s solution

📒 Please note: Adding a solution is mandatory if ISV is selected in above section.
Link your Microsoft Partner Center account to Labra
- Click the Connect Microsoft Partner Center button.

- A Microsoft login screen will open to authorize the connection.
- Upon successful linking, a toast message confirms the connection and displays the connected MPN ID.
- You may disconnect the account anytime via the Disconnect Microsoft Partner Center button.

➡️ Step 4: Configure your field mappings
Once your CRM and Microsoft Co-sell accounts are connected, the final step is to configure how your CRM data maps to Microsoft Co-sell referral fields.
- In Labra, navigate to Settings - Sync configuration - Co-sell.

- Under Cloud Management, select your Microsoft account.

- Open the Mapping Manager and click Create New Template.

- Enter a unique name for your mapping template and click Create.

Map your CRM fields to the corresponding Microsoft Co-sell fields. You can also set default values for fields that should remain consistent across referrals.
- Review your mappings and save your template.
Your mapping template will be available when creating Microsoft Co-sell referrals from your CRM, helping automatically populate referral information using your existing CRM data.
🎉 Success! You are now ready to co-sell directly from your CRM with Microsoft!

- Navigate to: Settings → Cloud → Co-sell

- Click on Add new cloud account and select Microsoft.

- Complete Step 4 above to configure the field mappings.
- All inputs are auto-saved.
