Connect HubSpot to Labra and Add the Labra Card

Welcome to Labra! Connecting your HubSpot account allows your team to access Labra directly from your Deal records, making it easier to manage co-sell opportunities and Marketplace private offers without leaving your CRM.

This guide will walk your HubSpot administrator through connecting your account and adding the Labra card to the Default Deal view. It’s a one-time setup that will make the Labra experience available to your team across HubSpot.

Before You Begin

Make sure you:

• Are a HubSpot Super Admin or have permission to connect apps and customize record views.
• Are signed in to the correct HubSpot account.
• Are updating the Default Deal view, not a personal view.
• Have access to your organization’s Labra account.

➡️ Step 1. Connect HubSpot to Labra

1. Sign in to Labra.
2. From the onboarding page, open CRM settings.
3. Select HubSpot.
4. Click Connect your HubSpot Environment.

➡️ Step 2. Approve the Connection

HubSpot will display the permissions requested by Labra.

1. Review the requested permissions.
2. Select the correct HubSpot account, if prompted.
3. Click Connect app.

After the connection is approved, return to Labra. The new Labra card will be enabled automatically.

➡️ Step 3. Open the Default Deal View

1. In HubSpot, open any Deal.
2. Click Customize in the right sidebar.

➡️ Step 4. Create a Labra Tab

1. Click Create new tab.

2. Enter Labra as the tab name.

3. Click Done.
   
    

➡️ Step 5. Add the Labra Card

1. Open the new Labra tab.
2. Click Add cards.
3. Search for [CONFIRMED LABRA CARD NAME] in the Card library.
4. Select the Labra card and click Add card.

➡️ Step 6. Save and Confirm

1. Click Save and exit.
2. Open a Deal.
3. Select the Labra tab.
4. Confirm that the Labra card loads correctly.
   
    

➡️ Step 7. Migrate to the New HubSpot AppCard Experience

1. From the new Labra AppCard, click Migrate to new HubSpot app cards.

2. Allow approximately 2 minutes for the migration to complete.
3. Perform a hard refresh of your browser:
   • Mac: Command + Shift + R
   • Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R
4. Reopen your Deal and navigate back to the Labra AppCard.
