The Funding Agent helps you discover, track, and claim AWS funding directly inside Labra Co-sell — without leaving the app or manually navigating AWS Partner Central.
It surfaces unclaimed credits, flags blockers, and lets you resolve issues through an in-app AI chat.
Supported funding program
In this release, the Funding Agent supports AWS MPOPP (Marketplace Private Offer Promotional Program) — credits only.
When a Private Offer is accepted and linked to a referral, the Funding Agent can automatically submit the MPOPP request to AWS Partner Central on your behalf.
Right now MPOPP is the only funding type we support for automation, with more funding types coming very soon — POC is already in the works.
In the meantime, you can ask the Funding Agent (AI) chat about any funding type, even the ones not yet automated.
What you can do
1. Auto-submission
A background process submits MPOPP requests automatically when a Private Offer is accepted, linked to a referral, and all required fields are filled.
📒 Please note: You can enable or disable auto-submission at any time — just ask the Funding Agent (AI) in chat, the same way you'd ask it anything else.
2. Funding indicators on your pipeline
See funding status badges — Potential, Claimed, and Approved — directly on your co-sell pipeline items. Click a badge to jump to the request in AWS Partner Central. Hover to read AWS review notes when a request is blocked.
3. Funding Agent Panel
Open the side panel for a high-level view of your funding performance:
- Revenue summary — Approved, Pending, and Potential totals.
- Wallet summary — a visual indicator of your remaining MPOPP wallet balance.
- Recent activity — a chronological feed of events (Draft Created, Approved, Action Required).
4. Recommended Actions & Next Best Actions
The panel analyzes your unresolved items and surfaces them in order of revenue impact, for example:
- "Potential revenue blocked by insufficient wallet balance"
- "Link referrals to your Private Offers"
- "Fix Agreement ID on an offer"
- "Link a Private Offer to your referrals"
5. Wallet health monitoring
The Funding Agent watches your MPOP Grow wallet balance. If your balance is too low to cover pending requests, it raises an alert so you can act before deals are blocked.
6. Fix issues through AI chat
Resolve submission blockers directly in conversation — link referrals, correct Agreement IDs, and clear other issues without leaving the chat.
