How to Add the Labra App Cards to HubSpot

Overview

The Labra App Cards allow users to create and manage AWS Co-Sell referrals and AWS Marketplace Private Offers directly from HubSpot Deal records.

If the Labra cards are not visible within your Deal view, an administrator can add them to the default Deal layout in HubSpot by following the steps below.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure that:

• You are logged in to HubSpot with Admin permissions.
• The Labra application has already been installed and connected to your HubSpot instance.
• You have access to the Deal object within HubSpot.

➡️  Step 1: Navigate to Deal Object Settings

1. Log in to HubSpot and click the Settings icon (gear icon) in the top navigation bar.
2. In the left-hand menu, navigate to Data Management → Objects.

➡️  Step 2: Open the Deal Record Layout

3. Select Deals, then navigate to the Record Display tab.
4. Open the Default View layout.

This is the layout displayed when users open a Deal record in HubSpot.

➡️  Step 3: Add the Labra Cards

5. In the layout editor, locate the right-hand sidebar where cards such as Companies, Contacts, and other record cards are displayed. Click the Add (+) button.

6. Select Card Library
7. Search for Labra in the Card Library.
8. Add the applicable Labra cards by clicking Add Card:

   • Labra Referrals / Co-Sell
   • Labra Offers / Marketplace

➡️  Step 4: Save the Layout

9. Verify that the Labra cards now appear in the layout preview.
10. Click Save and Exit to publish the changes.

10. Open any Deal record in HubSpot.
11. Confirm that the Labra cards are visible in the record sidebar.

You should now be able to access Labra functionality directly from your Deal records.
