Overview
When configuring Labra templates, some fields required by AWS for Referrals and Private Offers may not exist as native properties in your HubSpot instance.
To ensure all required data can be mapped successfully, you can create custom properties directly within HubSpot. Once created, these properties will become available in Labra's Mapping Manager and can be mapped to the corresponding AWS fields.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure that:
- You are logged in to HubSpot with Admin permissions.
- You have access to your Labra account at app.labra.io.
- You know which property needs to be created and the expected field type in Labra's HubSpot Mapping Manager.
➡️ Step 1: Navigate to HubSpot Properties
- Log in to HubSpot.
- Click the Settings icon (gear icon) in the top navigation bar.
