Introduction
This guide walks through how to use the Labra Salesforce Canvas App to create and manage AWS Co-Sell referrals and AWS Private Offers directly from Salesforce.
Using the Labra Control Center within Salesforce, your team can:
- create AWS Co-Sell referrals
- submit and manage AWS Private Offers
- track referral and offer statuses directly from Salesforce Opportunities
Before proceeding, ensure your Salesforce Canvas App onboarding and initial configuration are fully completed.
Creating AWS Co-Sell Referrals
- Open the Salesforce Opportunity you want to co-sell with AWS.
- In the Labra Control Center, click: Co-Sell

- Click: Create New Referral

- Complete the required fields.
- Click: Submit to AWS

Once submitted:
- the referral is shared with AWS
- the referral status can be tracked directly from the Opportunity page

Creating AWS Private Offers
- Open the Salesforce Opportunity.
- In the Labra Control Center, click: Marketplace
- Click: Create New Offer

- Select:
- the AWS account
- the product
- Click: Create Private Offer

- Click: Send to Buyer

The offer status can be monitored directly from the Opportunity page.
