What is this feature?
Co-Sell Notification with AI Recommendation is a Slack-native capability in Labra delivered via the Bruce bot. It brings your co-sell pipeline directly into Slack through automated digests, so you can stay updated and take action without logging into Labra or your CRM.
The feature is designed to shift users from reactive pipeline management to proactive weekly engagement through structured, actionable insights delivered in Slack.
Daily Digest vs Weekly Digest
Labra provides two types of Slack notifications:
Daily Digest (Event-driven, Lightweight)
The daily digest is designed for quick updates and immediate visibility into recent activity.
What it includes:
- New incoming or outgoing referrals
- Key deal updates
- AI recommendations (limited set)
- Important alerts or reminders
Purpose:
- Keep users informed about recent changes
- Enable quick, tactical actions
When to use it:
- Monitoring day-to-day activity
- Staying on top of new referrals or updates
Weekly Digest (Primary, Actionable Summary)
The weekly digest is the core experience of this feature. It provides a comprehensive, structured view of your co-sell pipeline.
What it includes:
- Incoming and outgoing referrals (with trends)
- Closed won / lost deals
- Action-required alerts
- AWS stage mismatches
- Top-performing sales reps
- Best practices
- AI-driven recommendations
What makes it powerful:
- Delivered once a week (default: Friday)
- Designed as a single source of truth for pipeline health
- Allows direct actions from Slack
Actions you can take:
- Accept referrals (including “Accept All”)
- Open deals in CRM
- Submit opportunities for funding
- Navigate across tabs for deeper insights

AI Recommendation Feedback Loop
The weekly digest includes AI-generated recommendations to help prioritize high-value opportunities.
How feedback works:
- Each recommendation has a three-dot (⋮) menu
- Users can mark:
- 👍 Good recommendation
- 👎 Bad recommendation
Why this matters:
- Feedback is captured in real time
- Data is sent to Labra’s ML systems
- Future recommendations improve based on user input
This creates a continuous learning loop, making recommendations more relevant over time.
