If your listing is Limited or Restricted (not publicly available), you can grant access to specific customers by adding their AWS Account IDs to your allowlist. Follow the steps below to submit an allowlist update for AWS review.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Sign in to your AWS account
Log in to the AWS Management Console using the AWS account where your product is listed.
Open the Marketplace Management Portal
Navigate to the AWS Marketplace Management Portal.
Go to the Build section
From the left navigation menu, select Build, then choose the relevant product type (for example: AI Agents, SaaS, Server, AMI or Professional Services).
Select your listing
You will see all listings for that product type, regardless of status.
Click the name of the Limited/Restricted product you want to update.
Locate the Allowlist tab
Scroll past the product summary section to the Request Log, then select the Allowlist tab.
Request changes
Click Request Allowlist Changes.

Enter AWS Account IDs
Add the AWS Account IDs you want to allow access to, and click Submit to send the update to Amazon Web Services for review.

Separate multiple IDs with commas.

Track the status
Your request will go under AWS review. You can monitor the progress directly from the Request Log in listing card in the portal.
