Prerequisites
System Admin access to your Salesforce instance.

Knowledge of creating and assigning permission sets.
Package Installation
Production: Install v2.19.5 Package
Sandbox: Install v2.19.5 Package
Log in to the Salesforce org (Production or Sandbox).

Select installation option:
Recommended: Install for Admins Only (for controlled access).

Approve third-party access and click Continue.

Installation takes ~10–15 minutes. Salesforce sends confirmation email once complete.
Onboarding Setup
This flow is required to:
Establish connection between Salesforce and Labra.
Configure AWS Co-sell and Marketplace-specific settings.
Fetch the products/Resellers listed on the marketplace
➡️ Step 1: Connect Labra and Salesforce
In an incognito window, log in to app.labra.io.
Navigate to Settings → AppSettings → Labra Platform → CRM Settings.
Click Connect your Salesforce Production Account.

Log in with the Integration User credentials.
Allow API access and click Done.

You’ll be redirected to App Settings, where connection credentials appear — keep this tab open.

In Salesforce, open the App Launcher and search for Labra Integration Setup.

Copy Client ID, CRM ID & Secret Key from Labra into Salesforce.

Under Purchased Module, select both modules:
Co-sell
Marketplace
Check the authorization box:
“I authorize Labra to assign the necessary Labra Custom Permission Set to my User Account.”Click Check connection with Labra.

➡️ Step 2: Permission Set Assignment
Open Permission Sets Assignment tab.
Click Manage Assignments.

Select relevant users.

Assign permission sets:
Labra Co-sell User

Marketplace permission sets (based on the clouds you have subscribed to)

Click Save.
Confirmation message appears.

Go to Configuration → Co-sell

Marketplace Configuration
Go to Configuration → Marketplace
- Select Your Preferences: Check the boxes according to your business requirements and operational preferences
- Fetch Resellers from Labra - will fetch all the resellers required to create Resale Authorization
- Reseller Authorization Approval Flow

Offer Approval Flow
📒 Please note: If approval flow checkboxes are selected, then there should be an approval process for the sync of the Offer / Resale Auth.
If approval flow checkboxes are not selected, then Offer / Resale Auth. will be directly sent to Marketplace whenever created.

Verify products fetched and visible under Marketplace section
Save configuration
A confirmation message will display once the configuration is saved.
➡️ Step 4: Enable Labra Action Hub on Opportunity Page
Go to Setup → Lightning App Builder.
Open the desired Opportunity Record Page.
In the components tab, search for the “Labra Opportunity Action Hub” component.

Drag Labra Opportunity Action Hub to desired location.

(Optional) Uncheck Show Related List if you don’t want the related records view.
Save and activate.
➡️ Step 5: Add AWS Partner Central User
Go to Setup → Object Manager → User → Page Layouts → User Layout.
Drag AWS Partner Central User field into Additional Information Section.

Go to Home → Users, and then go to the User who is the AWS Partner Central User.
Check AWS Partner Central User box and Save.

➡️ Step 6: Add Action Buttons (Optional but Recommended)
Calculate Propensity Score (bulk scoring).
Bulk Referral Creation (AWS referrals in bulk).
Steps:
From Object Manager → Opportunity → List View Button Layout → Edit.

➡️ Step 7: Enable Path
In Salesforce Setup, search Path Settings. Click Enable.
