Adding case studies in AWS Partner Central helps highlight your customer successes and strengthens your APN (AWS Partner Network) profile. These case studies can appear on your public Partner Solutions Finder page and contribute to your partner scorecard.
📒 Note: To upload case studies, you’ll need to have Marketing Staff permissions in APN.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Sign in to AWS Partner Central
Go to AWS Partner Central and log in using your partner credentials.
2. Navigate to "Case studies"
Click on the "Build" tab and slect "Case studies".
4. Add or Edit a Case Study
Click “Create” to submit a new case study. If you're updating an existing one, click “Edit.”
5. Fill in the Required Information
You'll be asked to provide:
Customer company name
Case study title
A short description

Visibility setting: choose “Public” (if you want it shown on your Partner Solutions Finder profile) or “Private” (for internal use)

6. Write the Full Case Study Content
Make sure your case study includes:
The customer’s challenge
The solution you built using AWS
Your technical approach
The business outcomes
7. Submit for Review
Once submitted, AWS will review the case study for accuracy and compliance before approving it.
8. Track the Status
Approved case studies will show up on your Partner Solutions Finder profile. They also help improve your APN scorecard and boost co-sell visibility with AWS teams.
💡 Why This Matters
Validated case studies can be linked directly to your AWS solutions or APN designations (like Service Delivery or Service Ready). This helps showcase proven customer impact, improves your visibility in the AWS ecosystem, and strengthens your go-to-market position with AWS teams and customers alike.
