Creation of Labra Custom Permission Set

• Navigate to Setup in Salesforce.
• Click on Permission Sets.
• Click on New then enter Label as "Labra Custom Permission" and API name as "Labra_Custom_Permission".
• Leave rest of the fields as default and click on Save .
  
  

Assigning "Allows users to modify Named Credentials and External Credentials" to Labra custom permission set

• Open "Labra_Custom_Permission" .
• Click on 'System Permissions'
• Search and select the checkbox for "Allows users to modify Named Credentials and External Credentials" and click on save .
  
• Click on save for the Permission changes confirmation.

Access to the ‘User External Credential’

• Open "Labra_Custom_Permission" and click on 'Object Setting'.
• Search and click on 'User External Credential'.
• Click on Edit & enable the checkbox for Read
  
  
• Click on save

Assigning 'Labra_Credentials - auth'

• Open "Labra_Custom_Permission" and click on 'External Credential Principal Access'.
• Click on Edit
• Select 'Labra_Credentials - auth' and click on add icon
  
  
• Click on save 

Assigning 'Labra Custom Permission'

• Open "Labra Custom Permission" and click on Manage Assignment.
  
  
• Click on 'Add Assignment'.
• Select all the users who will be going to use Labra app and click on Next .
• Optionally, select an expiration date for the user assignment to expire. For more information, see Set Assignment Expiration Details for Users in Permission Sets and Permission Set Groups in Salesforce Help.
• Click on Assign then click on Done.
