Overview
The Labra Mapping Manager is a custom Salesforce application that simplifies mapping Opportunity, Account and User to Referral fields, enabling users to create referrals with automatically populated data.
We have mapping manager for Co-sell and Marketplace divided as
- Labra Referrals for Co-selling
- Labra Offers and Labra Resale Authorization for Marketplace.
For Labra Referral, We Support 3 clouds: AWS, Microsoft and GCP.
When using the Mapping Manager, you'll see a table with the following columns:
- Referral Field: Displays fields from the Labra Referral object.
- Salesforce Field: Allows you to select a field from the Opportunity, Account and User to Referral fields.
- Default Value: Lets you set a static value if you don’t want to map a Salesforce field.
- Hidden: Checkbox available, that makes the particular field hidden from the creation for

Read-only(Checkbox): When checked, makes the fields disable to update.
📒 Note: If a Salesforce field is selected, the default value will be disabled, and vice versa.
Additional Features
- Filter: Use this to view fields by status — mapped, required, unmapped, or optional.
- Refresh Referral Fields: Updates the list of referral fields based on metadata and page layout.
- Refresh Offer Fields: Updates the list of Offer fields based on metadata and page layout.
- Refresh Resale Fields: Updates the list of Offer fields based on metadata and page layout.
Labra Referral Mapping
- Click on the App Launcher at and search for Labra Mapping Manager
AWS Cloud Mapping for Co-sell
After refreshing the referral fields:
- AWS specific referral fields will be available for mapping, click on Refresh Referral fields.
- User can map fields based on Salesforce fields available or by adding any Default value (based on the value the field accept)
- Click on save once mapping is done for the fields.
Mapping Products and Solutions (AWS)
Before mapping AWS solutions and products:
- Ensure you're fully onboarded to Labra OppSync and have an active connection.
- Contact Labra Support if you need help.
Once connected:
- Map your AWS solutions/products as needed.
- Click Save.
Microsoft Cloud Mapping for Co-sell
- When we click on Microsoft radio button under Select a cloud marketplace, fields related to Mcirosoft will be displayed for mapping.
- We can map based on Salesforce fields or using the Default value.
- We can also map the solutions by clicking on Sloutions tab available for Microsoft. Using the drop down and clicking on save, we can have default solutions added for Microsoft Co-sell.
GCP Cloud Mapping for Co-sell
- When we click on GCP radio button under Select a cloud marketplace, fields related to GCP will be displayed for mapping.
- We can map based on Salesforce fields or using the Default value. We can also make the fields hidden or Read-only while creating co-sell deals with GCP.
AWS Cloud Mapping for Marketplace
AWS Offer Fields Tab - Users can map the AWS offer fields either with the Salesforce fields or enter the default value . Fields available to map - Company Name, Contract Duration , Entitlement option ,Custom Email Message , AWS Account ID , EULA Type , Internal Notes , Offer Expiration Date , Offer Name , Renewal type ,Subscription Start Date , Subscription End Date There are two checkboxes available at the end of every field.
1. Read-Only If the Read-only checkbox is checked ,then while creating the AWS offer those mapped fields will be visible but that field will not be editable .
2. Hidden If the Hidden checkbox is checked , then while creating the AWS offers those fields will not be visible but values will be mapped accordingly and we can see the values after saving the offer.
There will be three fields (Custom metadata , Global metadata , Stakeholders) available after Labra Offer fields with the option of hidden checkbox. If the user selected these checkboxes then these fields will not be visible while creating the offer.
DIMENSIONS
We can update dimensions based on products and dimensions available. We can make them Hidden and Read-only.
EULA TAB
Default EULA
User can select the file and click on save to be mapped by default while creating AWS offers
Mapping based EULA
User can select the object which defines the EULA mapping After selecting click on the Add new EULA mapping and add the Key and document id and click on save .We can add multiple multiple values of mapping .
While creating AWS offers , EULA mapping will be selected automatically based on the key & document id defined for the mapped object .
Both (Default & Mapping based EULA)
Users can map both the default & mapping based EULA and both the EULA files will be uploaded while creating the AWS offers .
Recipient source tab
There are three options for the mapping of recipients (Contact , Contact roles , Other) . By default , Contact Roles will be selected.
- Contact: While creating an AWS offer, if "contacts" is selected, the recipients will be retrieved from the contacts associated with the account linked to the opportunity.
- Contact Roles: While creating an AWS offer, if "Contact Roles" is selected, the recipients will be retrieved from the contacts associated with the opportunity.
- Other: If 'Other' is selected, the user must select the object and map the Recipient's field with the selected object's fields and click on save .
GCP Offer Mapping manager
Fields Tab:
Users can map the GCP offer fields either with the Salesforce fields or enter the default value . Fields available to map - Company Name, Custom Email Message , GCP Account ID , Internal Notes , Offer Expiration Date , Offer Name There are two checkboxes available at the end of every field.
1. Read-OnlyIf the Read-only checkbox is checked ,then while creating the GCP offer those mapped fields will be visible but that field will not be editable .
2. Hidden If Hidden checkbox is checked , then while creating the GCP offers those fields will not be visible but values will be mapped accordingly and we can see the values after saving the offer.

Important: The functionality of Global metadata, EULA mapping, and Recipient source remains consistent across AWS and GCP. However, any mappings performed within the GCP section will exclusively affect GCP offers.
Microsoft Offer Mapping manager
Users can map the Microsoft offer fields either with the Salesforce fields or enter the default value . Fields available to map - Company Name, Custom Email Message , Microsoft Billing ID , Internal Notes , Offer Expiration Date , Offer Name , Specified month , Specified End Date , Subscription Start Date There are two checkboxes available at the end of every field.
1. Read-OnlyIf the Read-only checkbox is checked ,then while creating the Microsoft offer those mapped fields will be visible but that field will not be editable .
2. Hidden If the Hidden checkbox is checked , then while creating the Microsoft offers those fields will not be visible but values will be mapped accordingly and we can see the values after saving the offer.
There will be three fields (Custom metadata , Global metadata , Stakeholders) available after Labra Offer fields with the option of hidden checkbox. If the user selected these checkboxes then these fields will not be visible while creating the offer.
Important: The functionality of Global metadata, EULA mapping, and Recipient source will remain consistent across AWS and Microsoft. However, any mappings configured in the Microsoft section will only apply to Microsoft offers.
AWS Resale Mapping Manager
For AWS Resale Authorization mapping , there are seven tabs available(Fields , Dimension , Reseller agreement , EULA for buyers , Installments ,Global metadata , Recipient source) Mapped values will be pre-populate while creating Resale Authorization .
Fields tab :-Users can map the Labra resale fields either with the salesforce fields or by providing the default values to it. There will be three fields (Custom metadata , Global metadata , Stakeholders) available after Labra Resale fields with the option of hidden checkbox. If the user selected these checkboxes then these fields will not be visible while creating the Resale Authorization . Available Labra resale fields :-Authorization name , Authorization Description . Authorization Time Length , Buyer Account ID , Company Name , Contract Duration , Custom Email Message , Discount Type, Duration (In months) , End Date , EULA for Buyer , Internal Notes , Maximum Allowed Start Date , Percentage Discount , Renewal Type , Reseller agreement , Reseller AWS Account ID
Dimensions Tab
Users can enter the default value or map with the Salesforce fields to the Product dimension.Default values don't accept decimal values . The values mapped for the dimension will be pre-populated as a quantity if FPS (Flexible Payment Schedule) is selected while creating the Resale Authorization.
Users can select the read-only or hidden checkbox for hiding or making it non-editable.
Important: The functionality of Reseller Agreement , EULA for Buyers , Global Metadata , Recipient source remains similar to Offers ,However, any mappings performed within the Labra Resale Authorization section will exclusively reflect in Labra Resale Authorization .
Installment Tab:-
Users can select the object and map the installment fields with salesforce fields.
