Version Installed
Check if the desired package is installed.
- Go to Setup
- Search for Installed Package in the Quick Find
- Check for the Labra Package installed
Note: The custom permission set is required for all users accessing the Labra App.
Permission Set Required for Oppsync
- Check whether Labra Oppsync User Permission is assigned to all the User who use Oppsync
- Custom Permission created should be assgined
Permission Set Required for Flyout
- Check if AWS Flyout Permission is assigned to the Users who use AWS Flyout.
- Check if GCP Flyout Permission is assigned to the Users who use GCP Flyout.
- Check if Microsoft Flyout Permission is assigned to the Users who use Microsoft Flyout.
- Custom Permission created should be assgined
Permission Set Required for Admin
- Custom Permission created (usually Labra Custom Permission) should be assigned to Admin User who performs onboarding.
Permission Set Required for Integration User
- For Integration User,
- If Oppsync is used, then Labra OppSync User permission set has to be assigned along with User External Credential Object permission and read access for AWS Partner Central User field under User object
- If Flyout is used, then Labra AWS Flyout User permission for AWS cloud, Labra Microsoft Flyout User for Microsoft Cloud, Labra GCP Flyout User for GCP cloud is to be assigned.
Onboarding flow setup for Oppsync User
- Partner ID, CRM ID, Secret Key should be added.
- Oppsync endpoint should be there for Oppsync user
- For Oppsync specific configuration, check the boxes to turn the feature on. Make sure to turn on these mentioned for proper sync flow.
- Enable Labra Referral Sync
- Enable Labra Lead Sync

- Partner ID, CRM ID, Secret Key should be added.
- Flyout endpoint should be there for Flyout user
- While Flyout configuration, check if all the products are fetched from Labra Platform for all the clouds that user is onboarded.

Opportunity ActionHub Button
- On the Opportunity page, check whether the lightning component of Opportunity ActionHub is added for easy access to create and view Referrals, Offers and Resale Authorization
Sync for Referral/Offers/Resale Authorization
- If the user is an Oppsync User try creating a Referral from one of the opportunities available and check if the sync is working.
- If the user is a Flyout User try creating an Offer/ResaleAuthorization for the Specific cloud from one of the opportunities available and check if the Offer is Sent.
Mapping Manager for Co-sell
- In App Launcher, search for Labra Mapping Manager
- For Oppsync User, User should be able to map all the referral fields for AWS and Microsoft and pre-populate the values while creating referrals using the Co-sell button on Opportunity Page.
Mapping Manager for Flyout
- In App Launcher, search for Labra Mapping Manager
- For Flyout User, User should be able to map all the Offer fields for the clouds for which user is onboarded and pre-populate the values while creating Offers or Resale Authorization.
