We have introduced the ability for users to create private offers for Professional Services listings directly within the system. This new functionality enables users to quickly create offers specific to their professional products through a simplified and focused form. Any ISV with Professional Services listings can now manage them from Salesforce.
Why:
This enhancement provides an intuitive way for customers to create and manage Professional Services, ensuring a more efficient workflow with fewer complexities. By streamlining the offer creation process, users can save time and focus on delivering effective solutions.

Step-by-Step Offer Creation:

Click on "Create New Offer".

Select the specific Cloud Provider.

Choose a product from the dropdown (Professional products are uniquely marked).

Once a Professional product is selected, a dedicated Professional Offer form will appear.

Filtering and Searching for Product Dimensions in Offers: Customers can now easily filter and search through Product Dimensions, streamlining navigation and improving efficiency.

'Other Solution Offered' Field: When the Solution is selected as "Other," an 'Other Solution Offered' field is now available on the same page, providing a seamless and intuitive data entry experience.

Future-Dated Agreement (GCP): In a future-dated agreement (FDA) in GCP Marketplace, the buyer receives the product license or entitlement on a predetermined future date.
2. In-App Notifications for Referral Updates (AWS)
What:
We have implemented In-App Notifications to keep users informed of changes related to referrals. These notifications will appear as bell icon pop-ups within the app whenever there are updates, modifications, or automations related to referral records.
Why:
This feature ensures that users receive prompt notifications of significant changes to referral records, enabling quicker follow-up actions and better tracking of updates. It enhances real-time visibility, ensuring users are always up-to-date with the latest changes.

What:

4. Automatic Account and Opportunity Creation for Incoming Referrals
What:
We have introduced Automatic Account Creation for incoming referrals. If a partner receives a new referral from AWS and the associated Account does not exist in Salesforce, the system will now automatically create a new Account upon accepting the referral.
Note: This feature is not enabled by default. It can be activated through the settings.
Why:
This enhancement simplifies the referral process by eliminating the need for manual account creation. It ensures that partners can efficiently manage new opportunities, streamlining their workflow and reducing potential delays.
5. Microsoft OppSync

New "Services Co-Sell" Deal Type:

Added a new "Services Co-Sell" option in the Deal Type field for referral creation.

Mandatory fields for "Services Co-Sell": Partner Role, Solution Area, and Solution Play.

Deal Type is editable during creation but becomes read-only once saved.

Convert "Private" to "Services Co-Sell" only if Partner Role is provided.
