📋 There will be a total of 3 main steps to complete the onboarding process and list on GCP:
➡️ Step 1: You as the seller need to complete 3 steps to get started on GCP. Labra will assist you in any way that we can during this process.
- Please reach out to your Field Sales Rep (FSR) or the Partner Advisor (PA) to initiate the Marketplace nomination process.
🚀 You can reach out to your Partner Advisor through the Partner Advantage portal. - Please sign the MP Vendor Agreement.
🚀 For any questions on MVA for your ISV partner please reach out to mva-validation@google.com - Please complete the Solution Validation for your new listing
- The new listing form needs to be submitted for every new listing and is submitted by the ISV partner directly.
- The validation team will reach out to the submitter for any clarifications, or updates.

➡️ Step 2: The next part of the journey is completing your technical integration. This will require you to complete 3 steps mentioned below:

Prepare your Producer portal account
- Start by creating a new project and set up a service account
📒 Please note: Your Project Name should end with ‘-public’.- Labra will require you to provide your Project name & Project number of the project you created.
- Give permissions to Labra to manage Listings and carry out marketplace transactions on your behalf from the Google Cloud Console
- Under IAM & Admin select + Grant Access.
- Enter the following email addresses and grant the roles mentioned below:
- gcp.marketplace@labra.io and grant the role of ‘Owner’ and select Save.
- cloud-commerce-marketplace-onboarding@twosync-src.google.com and grant the role of ‘Editor, Service Management Administrator’ and select Save.
- cloud-commerce-procurement@system.gserviceaccount.com and grant the role of ‘Editor’ and select Save.
- cloud-commerce-producer@system.gserviceaccount.com and grant the role of ‘Service Config Editor’ and select Save.
- cloud-commerce-saastester@system.gserviceaccount.com and grant the role of ‘Commerce Producer Viewer’ and select Save.

Set up your Payment Profile
- Set up Google Payments:
- In the Google Cloud Producer Portal, go to Partner Payments. Add a payment method and complete your profile.
- Verify your payment methods
- Set up Marketplace Reporting Bucket
- In your Google Cloud Producer Portal, go to Partner Reports. Add a reporting destination and configure reports.
📒 Note: Be sure to include the Usage Disbursement report. Select the option to Separate customer usage by billing account. - In the Google Cloud console, go to the Cloud Storage Buckets page. Create a storage buckets and enter your bucket information:

- In your Google Cloud Producer Portal, go to Partner Reports. Add a reporting destination and configure reports.
- Give Labra permission to access and test your listing by:
- Going to billing and selecting your organization from which your listing will be created.
- Navigate to Account Management page and click on ‘Add Principle’
- Enter gcp.marketplace@labra.io and give access for Consumer Procurement Administrator and Consumer Procurement Order Administrator and click on Save.
- Set up Google Payments:
➡️ Step 3: The last part of the journey is to create a listing inside your GCP.
- Create your listing inside GCP Producer Portal
- Click on 'Add Product' button and select SaaS
- Add your product name and product ID and click on 'Create'.
- Complete Product details and Pricing and submit to GCP team for review
- Simultaneously, Labra will complete your Technical Integration review
- Once all sections are completed, Labra will test your listing to check the end-to-end buyer flow and thereafter submit the listing to be published.
📅 The SLA for the above 3 steps to list your product on GCP is as follows:
- The first step which is to get started and complete prerequisites to list on GCP will take ~2 weeks to complete.
📒 Note: This step will be done along with the Google team. Labra will only assist when possible. - The second step to complete technical integration will take ~ 1 week to complete.
- The last step for creating the listing and submitting it to be published on GCP will take ~1 week.
