π¨βπ» During the onboarding, we will need the following stakeholders: π©βπ»
- AWS Administrator for the cloud settings (Kick-off Call)
- CRM Admin (if using CRM connector) - to connect to and set up Labra in your CRM (Kick-off Call)
- Product/business team to provide the product information (2nd Call - Listing Creation)
- Design/marketing team for the landing page details (2nd Call - Listing Creation)
At Labra, we are committed to ensuring your onboarding process is as efficient as possible, and managed in a simple three-call process. Below you can learn more about what we will cover during these calls, but rest assured that we will accompany you every step of the way.
β‘οΈ Kick-off Call - Create your Labra account + Set Cloud Settings
Setting up your Labra Account is a pretty straightforward process, which involves 4 simple steps. This can be done in a 30-minute call if the necessary stakeholders are present.
- Sign in to Labra.io with the provided credentials
- Select Product and Cloud Provider
- Add Company Details
- Complete the Cloud settings
- Connect your CRM to Labra
β‘οΈ Second Call - Creating an AWS Marketplace Listing
This can be done in one 60-minute call if the team already has all the information ready; on average, companies take a week.
The details are:
- Product details (description, pricing, highlights, etc.)
- Cloud Settings details (AWS Account details + cloud formation stack)
- Landing page details (we need a good quality image in a specific ratio of your logo and a background image, as well as the color codes for other aspects of the design of the page)
-
Notification details (email pre-set messages and related configurations)

For full listing details, refer to this article.
Once all the details are submitted, we need 1 business day for internal configurations/testing.
π Success!
After this is completed, the listing will be in the Limited stage, and you can already start submitting private offers from the Labra.io platform!
The Listing is submitted automatically to AWS for testing and approval before it goes live on the marketplace.
We donβt have control over this step. AWS's official time expectation is from 2 to 4 weeks, but we have seen the wait time reach 8 weeks recently due to increased requests.
β‘οΈ Training Call
While your listing undergoes AWS review, we will conduct a 30-minute training session to ensure your team knows how to manage their AWS Marketplace operations, such as creating private offers, agreement-based offers, or future-dated agreements, and doing day-to-day activities empowered by Labra.
