How does Labra integrate with AWS?
Labra.io has built integrations with AWS services, such as AWS Marketplace and AWS Partner Network (APN). This helps its customers find and purchase AWS products and services more easily. Additionally, this integration allows Labra.io to provide valuable insights to its customers on their AWS usage and spending.
What is the ACE program in relation to Labra?
The ACE program appears to be a platform or system that is used in conjunction with the Labra platform. It is used for managing opportunities and referrals, with features that allow for changes to be made to records, including the ability to launch opportunities while keeping the target close date unchanged. It seems to be preferred over Labra for certain tasks due to its flexibility in handling changes to records.
How does Labra work with the AWS admin console?
Labra works with the AWS admin console in several ways. First, an individual capable of creating IAMRoles is needed. This person can create the IAMRoles offline, using a guide provided by Labra. Once these roles are ready, they can be used to generate the S3Bucket Policy on the AWS CRM Integration Tool. This connects the Salesforce Sandbox to the AWS Sandbox for testing purposes.
The person who has access to the AWS APN Portal is required to perform two tasks: obtaining the SPMS ID number and generating the Policies using the IAMRoles provided. Once these tasks are completed, the AWS Admin's help is needed again to attach the Policies to the IAMRoles.
After the testing phase, the system is deployed to production with the Salesforce team. AWS receives deployment requests only on Mondays, so depending on the day the testing is finished, deployment might have to wait a few days. Once deployed, users can log in to the Labra portal and connect to the Production environment.
What is CAS?
CAS stands for Commerce Analytics Service in the context of AWS Marketplace. This service is designed to give AWS Marketplace vendors detailed insights into their sales performance, customer subscriptions, and product usage. Here’s a bit more detail:
-
Data and Reporting: CAS allows you to generate comprehensive reports on various aspects of your products listed on the AWS Marketplace. These reports can include data on customer subscriptions, billing details, and usage patterns. This information is crucial for understanding how your offerings are performing and for making data-driven decisions to optimize your business strategy.
-
Programmatic Access: With CAS, you can access and manage this data programmatically using AWS SDKs or APIs. This capability is particularly useful for automating the retrieval of analytics data and integrating it into your own systems for further analysis or reporting.
-
Integration with Other AWS Services: The data generated by CAS can be easily integrated with other AWS services, like Amazon S3 for storage or Amazon SNS for notifications. This integration simplifies the process of managing and acting on your data insights.
