The following article is a guide for Package Upgrade to 2.9
⚠️ Please take the following into account before upgrading your package:
- It is recommended to upgrade the package in your sandbox environment before upgrading to production.
- ACE V14 introduces significant changes in fields and validation; we strongly suggest reviewing your custom flows in the sandbox to ensure the upgrade doesn't disrupt your customization.
- When proceeding with the production upgrade, please schedule a call with the Labra Customer Success team.
How to upgrade to Package v2.9
➡️ Step 1
Click on the package link to upgrade the package.
➡️ Step 2
Package upgrade may take 5-10 minutes. Please check the package version from Setup -> Quick Find -> Installed Packages. The Labra package version should be 2.9.

During an upgrade, Labra adds values to mandatory fields as required by ACE v14.
For example, ACE introduced a new mandatory field called “Sales Activities”, Labra will automatically add values as ‘Initialized discussions with customer’ to all the existing records that are not Launched or Closed Lost.

Please ensure the ‘AWS FlyOut Permission Set’ is assigned to all the users in the org who are using AWS FlyOut, even if the Package is “installed for all users.” This is needed as FlyOut is multi-cloud now.
