Labra for Marketplace Account Setup

👋 Welcome to Labra!

Get started in two simple phases:

  1. Account Setup & MFA: Create your Labra account, complete your profile, and secure your login with Multi-Factor Authentication.

  2. Inside Labra Setup: Once signed in, complete Company Details, configure Cloud Settings (requires an AWS Admin), and optionally set up CRM Integration (requires a CRM Admin).

Follow these steps, and you’ll be ready to use Labra and continue your onboarding journey.

 

Labra for Marketplace Account Setup

 

➡️  Step 1: Check Your Email for an Invite

After your account is created, you’ll receive an invitation email from Labra (no-reply@labra.io).
Click the Setup Your Account button to be redirected to the sign-in page.

 

➡️  Step 2: Complete Your Profile

On the sign-in page, fill out the short form and click Sign Up to finish creating your profile.

 

➡️  Step 3: Set Up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

For security, MFA is required.

  1. You’ll be redirected to the MFA setup page.

  2. Open your preferred authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.) and scan the QR code.

  3. Enter the one-time code generated by your app into the Labra form.

Your MFA setup is now complete, and you’ll be signed in to your Labra account.

 

⚠️ Reminder: Your one-time codes will be stored in your chosen authenticator app. You’ll need access to this app every time you log in to Labra.

 

 

Inside Labra for Marketplace Setup

 

Once you’re signed in, you’ll need to complete a few steps to fully connect Labra to your account and services. This includes updating Company Details, configuring Cloud Settings (requires an AWS Admin), and optionally setting up CRM Integration (requires a CRM Admin).

 

🛒  Choose Your Product and Cloud Provider

➡️  Step 1: Select Your Labra Product

From the list of available products, choose Marketplace.

 

➡️  Step 2: Choose Your Cloud Provider

Select AWS as Cloud Provider, then click Continue.

You’ll now be redirected to your Labra FlyOut account. 🎉

💡Tip: You can access AWS Marketplace Requirements anytime using the button at the top left of the screen.

 

 

🏢  Company Information

Fill out the following fields to complete your company profile:

  • Company Name

  • Company Website (public)

  • Industry

  • AWS Partnership Type

  • Logo

  • Country of Incorporation

  • Acknowledgments

Click Submit to continue.

 

☁️  Cloud Settings

⚠️  Important: This step must be completed by someone with AWS Admin permissions (needed to launch the CloudFormation Stack and add the IAM Role Name).

Once you’ve added:

  1. Account ID

  2. Account Name

  3. Platform Role ARN

  4. S3 Bucket ARN

  5. KMS Key ARN

  6. SNS Topic ARN

Click Submit to finalize your Cloud Settings.

 

📒  Please Note: Inputs 3-6 require a user with AWS Admin permissions to complete.

 

 

🔗  CRM Integration (Optional)

If your subscription includes CRM integration, your CRM Admin must complete the HubSpot or Salesforce setup steps directly in the Labra UI, then click Submit.
