Pre-requisites
- The seller should have a marketplace listing.
- The seller should run Labra CFT (Cloud Formation Template) on the AWS Marketplace account, i.e., from which the listing was created.
Steps for migration
➡️ Step 1
Onboard the Labra Platform after receiving an invite from one of our representatives. During onboarding provide your company details and provide AWS marketplace account access to Labra by running the Cloud formation stack.
➡️ Step 2
After finishing onboarding, Click on "Create new listing" and choose "Migrate existing product listings".
➡️ Step 4
On the next step, you will see all listings fetched from the account you gave access in step 1. Here you can choose the listings you want to migrate to Labra.
➡️ Step 5
Create the Buyer Registration Page by adding the necessary branding information.

📒 Note: Post the migration of the products, if the Seller purchased the Labra CRM integration, they can proceed with connecting Salesforce/HubSpot to Labra. After the connection, they can pull the products in their CRM by running the Labra Onboarding flow.

- Active Private Offers created in the last 3 months (our recommendation)
- Active Subscriptions / Agreements.
📒 Note: It is also possible to perform selective migration (select only the data you want to migrate).
What we need from you
- AWS Administrator - To run the Cloud Formation Template (CFT) and create the IAM role.
- Marketplace manager - Point of contact who maintains the listings on the marketplace.
